The Brooke Owens Fellowship Program works to identify, recruit, and place more than 150 extraordinary undergraduate women and gender minorities into meaningful jobs in the aerospace industry. They match up to forty students per year with purpose-driven, paid internships at leading aerospace companies and organizations and with senior and executive level mentors.
